Problem playing notes

Hi Jason,

first of all congrats to this amazing module. I love the huge possibilities and unique sound of it.

I noticed some weird behavior though, and this is the second unit i tried with the exact same problem.

At first it all worked normal but while playing on a master keyboard and using some of the switches, suddenly there were some stucke notes, sometimes they played with a delay, sometimes not at all. And it only happened with the lower base notes. I tried different keyboards, directly into the modul or via interfaces. And I noticed it mostly happens when I play with volume function (shift+attack). Maybe you can help?
