When the Attack knob is turned up the click ends up being quite loud in relation to the main kick drum sound. Especially with higher Click knob setting I think it would maybe be good for click volume to be decreased when Attack knob is increased.
I was testing out my Kickain yesterday in conjunction with the NerdSeq. The nerdseq has triggers of configurable length, starting with 5ms and working up in increments of 5 ms. I noticed I had to tweak this up (need to doublecheck the specific amount) in order to get the kickain to respond. Just wanted to confirm what the expected trigger length/height is (I didn't see it specified in the manual).
OK, I am getting stuck on the updating firmware. Using Chome, going to Daisey Web, connect with microUSB., push boot then reset, connect ... I don't see anything that is obvious a Daisey module but try to connect.
I never get the "Select, "DFU in FS Mode"". Tried updating drivers using Zadig. Any hints? I am on a Windows 11 machine.
Hi there! I don't think the sidechain does this yet, but having a way to separately set the decay of the kick and the decay of the sidechain would be nice to have. Currently they're 1:1, but having a stronger pumping effect where the kick decay is shorter than the sidechain would be nice to have
It is not available (as of today) from US resellers
the attack does make the body of the kick sound quieter, so the click becomes more dominant, this is true. Its something we're looking into.
