Hi there, I updated the poly for a friend of mine but now he thinks it reacts so different that it feels not like the module he fell in love with (I cannot comment on that, if there is really such a big difference, I also do not know from which firmware we updated but he bought it quite some time ago). Is there a possibility to downgrade? I cannot find the older firmwares to try out if this difference really exists. Thanks in advance, best regards, Sebastian
