Echo Cinematic

This is a minor bugfix release. Previously the Dry/Effect Mix and Reverb Mix were found to not quite reach 100%. This meant that a faint dry signal or faint echo signal could be heard even when the the controls were set fully clockwise. This is now fixed, let me know if you have any other issues and thank you to Roman for pointing this out.
