Monumatic

I received my Monumatic in the mail today and it does not work. The red mono LED never turns on when I click the mono button so I assume its not powering on at all. I have tried multiple cases, power supplies and power ribbon cables but I am not able to get the module to turn on. I am able to update the firmware by going through the firmware procedure but the module just will not work. I have also tired adjusting the filter and the envelop and the shift+volume, but nothing works. I want to also rant for just a moment about product presentation. I work in product design and manufacturing and the thin cardboard packaging for this module is no where near the quality it needs to be for secure transport. There needs to be an antistatic bag for the module, neutral space around the module needs to be filled in and thicker and more secure original product packaging. Otherwise you will most likely have more issues with defective units after distribution. Anyways, just trying to give my 2 cents about this experience. I hope to get a new unit soon and hopefully report back with positive reviews.
