Firmware Update Error Message
Hello. I have tried to update the firmware several times but I keep getting the same error message. As I go to transfer the firmware file across the the Pianophonic drive it says it cannot copy some of the data in the file "Error - 36". It then automatically ejects the drive and I get an error message from the computer saying that I didn't eject the drive properly.
I am using a Mac. I have tried 2 different USB cables. I am not having a problem bringing the drive up on the screen. I have downloaded the firmware file twice. But I just keep getting the error message.

Is there any chance there might be a response to this, I've still got a dead unit that wont do anything.
