Thanks for pointing me the right direction. I was able to get it working. Had to figure out how to make the voices sound more in unison. I'm going to try and check if I recalibrate the Poly if it will allow me to take the sustain down but once the sustain decreases audio doesn't seem to trigger from midi controller. I added a picture so everyone can see the settings that allowed me to calibrate the Poly. I'm sure I'm missing some sound texture with sustain fully going but Im able to go up and down the scale via Push 2.

Did some more diving today. Used Ableton's tuner along with CV Tools concurrently to get the Poly to register at C3. Once we had the Poly at C3 on CV Tools and Ableton Tuner clicking calibration it jumps to F1. Once calibration does not work there is no way to control pitch from ES8 via CV tools. I'm able to control pitch via Midi and gate via CV Tools
