completely not working
Just received my momumatic, the module is not working at all.
When turning on, the red LED will light up for about 1 second and then off. Pressing the mono/poly button doesn't do anything. Giving it gate doesn't make it work. There's no light when holding down shift to set up the MIDI channel. Basically, there's nothing going on at all.
I have tried to flash the firmware, but nothing has changed.
When trying to do a factory reset, the trigger led will light up constantly without flashing. This doesn't happen every time i turn it on tho. Most of the time, it's just the red LED light up a bit, and everything goes dark.

Hi Eric,
Really sorry to hear your Monumatic isn’t working. If it arrived DOA I would recommend returning it for a replacement. Very occasionally the units pass all the tests in our workshop but fail en route and unfortunately you’re the unlucky recipient.
Let me know if returning is complicated, I’m not sure where you are based or where you bought it but we’ll do our best to get you up and running as soon as possible.
