Hello. I have tried to update the firmware several times but I keep getting the same error message. As I go to transfer the firmware file across the the Pianophonic drive it says it cannot copy some of the data in the file "Error - 36". It then automatically ejects the drive and I get an error message from the computer saying that I didn't eject the drive properly. I am using a Mac. I have tried 2 different USB cables. I am not having a problem bringing the drive up on the screen. I have downloaded the firmware file twice. But I just keep getting the error message.

Hello, I've downloaded the Piano XL pack and it won't make a sound on the module? I have tried copying over the settings file off the original SD card as well but I still get no sounds. All is still fine with the original card however. Help, and thanks, this is the third Knobula module I have bought. Beau

Just got my Poly Cinematic and I love it. But it kind of 'crashed' really quickly. I fed it a sequence of notes via midi and a slow LFO into the Filter Freq CV from my Batumi module. When I switched to High filter on the toggle the noise became very bitcrushed, thin and squelchy. But when I switched back nothing changed and the knobs didn't seem to do anything. I unplugged the filter CV but I still couldn't get back my lower frequencies. I had to switch it off and on. Has anyone else experienced this? What is the CV range for the Filt Freq input? And what about CV range of the other inputs? Thanks
