Great to have a working unit now - decided to buy new from Found Sound as used from other countries, fraught with issues, mainly repairs/warranty ... But loving the new dark edition, which seems to sound better than the pnky one :) kidding! I did a video of my first playing around with it and as I mention in the video ... 1 - I am right in thinking you can't have CV in and also play midi along with that? Would be cool if you could - I do this on my Disting EX with great effect ... you know a sequencer from CV and then play chords over it 2 - Note stealing - when you go over the 8 notes, does it take the first one away or the last one before the 9th? Hi - just bought a PolyCinematic off reverb from a reputable seller here in Australia two days ago. When I put the module in my rack it is not powering up, no blue trigger light, just a red light on the back. I tried a few different cables and slots and even a solitary power unit and no joy. I understand he bought it at Detroit Modular middle of last year and rather than go through weeks of repair/postage i will probably return it to him for a refund OR ... given I wanted this module so much, is there anything I am missing? eg: I noticed boot/reset buttons on the back? Also is it likely it is an early unit? It has seed 1.1 near the USB socket on the back and PolyCinematic V2c on the pcb ... Cheers in advance Gary
