Voices just almost immediately pitch down
I just bought the Poly Cinematic today, and racked it up. I'm pressing and holding the trigger button, and the voices start and then immediately start pitching down. Nothing I change with the controls seem to affect this. I've tried shift and env depth and I can't get it to stop doing this.
So I plugged in a Keystep and same thing happens over midi - press a note and it starts then immediately starts pitch diving. It makes it totally unplayable.
Is my unit broken?

It was doing it before I ever plugged the keystep, just pressing the trigger button.
This is absolutely an issue with low power I think. It's in a new case now that has a beefier power supply and is working flawlessly.
